Our apartment to rent has been studied and furnished in 2007 to comfortably housing up to 6 persons. Baradello's chairlift can be reached on foot as the distance is only 550 meters. It measures 45 square meters and offers a private fenced green garden of 40 s.q.m. All windows are west-exposed and open on the garden. The total surface area reaches 85 s.q.m. An independent heating system guarantees comfortable temperatures that can be adjusted electronically from inside.

The inner surface area’s divided into 3 rooms.

MAIN ROOM

The room has a double glazing door that opens onto the private garden (it’s only openable from inside, no keyhole). Although not separated physically, two distinct areas are recognizable: kitchen and dining room.
